Bacon Sandwich

4 pk Home cured bacon; (2 streaky, 2 back)
8 sl Bread
Butter
Cracked black pepper
Brown sauce or ketchup

Fry the bacon in a frying pan, no fat should be needed to start with.

Meanwhile spread one side of each slice of bread with butter, and sprinkle cracked pepper on top.

Add some butter to the frying pan if the bacon is sticking. The bacon needs to be crispy when ready. When the bacon is ready, fry the slices of bread, buttered side down, till crispy as well. Only fry one side of the bread.

Take the fried bread out of the frying pan when ready and place the bacon on top and then add either brown sauce or ketchup, whichever you prefer, then add another slice of fried bread on top.
