Critter Pb&j Sandwiches

16 sl Whole wheat bread
8 tb Peanut butter
8 ts Jelly

Cut bread with 3 to 4-inch wide open-topped animal-shaped cookie cutters (freezing the bread makes it easier to cut). You will need 2 of each shape to make each sandwich. Spread peanut butter on 8 animal cutouts; spread jelly on reverse side of corresponding cutouts. Assemble sandwiches.
