Pork Barbecue Sandwiches 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
1 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 cn Condensed tomato soup (10 1/2 oz)
1/4 c Catsup
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 c Cooked pork; thinly sliced
5 Sandwich buns; split
In large skillet, combine all ingredients except pork and sandwich buns; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked pork; simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve on sandwich buns. Yields 4 sandwiches.
