Barbecue Sandwich 1 lb. pork (not ground)
1 lb. beef (not ground)
1 c. broth
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
1 onion, chopped
Dash of chili powder
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. sugar
Boil together the pork and beef. Cool, then tear apart into small pieces. Cook together the remaining ingredients. Mix in the meat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot on hamburger buns.
