Cool a bit and add the rest of the ingredients. Roll in balls and flatten with a glass dipped in granulated sugar. Bake 6-8 minutes until still soft but barely a fingerprint is made when touched. Do not overbake as they will get very hard. Make a butter frosting using powdered sugar, butter, salt and a bit of hot water.
