Pocket Sandwiches

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. thinly sliced corned beef or dried beef
2 pita bread rounds
Sliced sweet or dill pickles
Shredded Swiss cheese
Lettuce leaves

1. In mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise and mustard with spoon. 2. Use kitchen scissors to cut beef into thin strips. Add beef to mayonnaise in bowl. Stir until all meat is coated with mayonnaise mixture. Use scissors to cut each piece of pita bread in half. 3. Open the bread to make a pocket. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the meat mixture into each half of bread and add pickle slices, shredded cheese and lettuce to the pocket.
