Sandwich with Eggwhite Mustard Topping

1/2 Hamburger bun
1 sl Meat of your choice
1 Tomato slice
1 sl Cheese
TOPPING
1 Egg white
1 ts Mustard

Whip one egg white stiff with one teaspoon mustard. On hamburger bun place meat, tomato and cheese, put egg white mixture in mound on top. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
