Hot and Creamy Vegetable Sandwich 1 Pouch Lipton 7 Vegetable Soup
1 Cottage Cheese; (500 Ml)
3 sl Bacon; Cooked And Crubled
8 Croissants Or Buns; Slpit
3/4 c Cheedar Cheese; Grated
In a medium casserole, combine soup mix, cottage cheese and bacon.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Chddar cheese on top during
last 5 minutes.
TIP: Serve leftovers cold as a sandwich filling with shreadded
lettuce.
NOTES : When you have run out of quick luncheon ideas, try this
delicious topping with split croissants or toasted buns.
