Tuna Pita Sandwiches 6 oz Tuna in water, drained
1/4 c Fat-free salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c Non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 c Diced red onion
6 Pita pocket bread
