Baked Sandwich 12 slices white bread (crust off)
1 can Tuna (drained) or ham pieces
6 slices American cheese
4 eggs
3 cups milk
Dash salt
Sauce:
1 can cream mushroom soup
3 hard boiled eggs - chopped
1/2 cup milk
Butter all bread on 1 side. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Lay 6 bread buttered side down. Sprinkle Tuna over bread. Put cheese on top. Then add remaining 6 bread buttered side up. Beat eggs and milk and salt. Pour over bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Next day bake with foil on at 325 F for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover last 15 to 20 minutes to brown top. May add sauce on top when serving if desired.
