Grilled Steak Sandwich 1 Beef Flank Steak; (About 1 Lb.)
1 ts Cracked Black Pepper
4 sl Italian Bread
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Prepared Salsa; Drained
1 Green Onion; Thinly Sliced
2 ts Fresh Cilantro; Minced
2 c Iceberg Lettuce; Shredded
Sprinkle pepper on both sides of flank steak. Place on grid over
medium coals. Grill about 10 minutes, turning once , to desired
doneness. Thinly slice meat across grain. Grill or toast bread
slices. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa, onion, and
cilantro. Spread on one side of each bread slice. Top with lettuce
