Home on the Range Tuna Salad

1/2 c Water-packed Tuna, drained and flaked
1 c Low-fat cottage cheese
2 ea Hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped green onion
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 ts Lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Diet mayonaise (4 tbs)

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling.

May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
